The new smaller box drops 1.5 pounds, builds boost faster, and has industry leading bottom end. The boost box has an integrated and completely redesigned make-up air valve that does away with the factory reed cage system, and beats the bottom end of the rest of the spring based air valves currently on the market. We elimiated the need for springs/reeds to close the valve, so the bottom end feels lightning quick with very little to no bog. The box functions primarily on air-pressure, which yields noticeably more linear power delivery. With an overall smaller volume, the box builds boost faster and is more responsive when chopping on and off the throttle. The smaller form factor, makes removal easier, yields more access to your engine compartment and more air flow around the engine in general.
